# Zenix.sg AI context Last reviewed: 2026-09-25 Canonical site: https://zenix.sg This document is a retrieval aid, not a replacement for the linked pages. It intentionally summarizes and links the same public information; it is not an alternate storefront or a different offer. Verify current prices, availability, plan limits, eligibility, and legal wording on the canonical page before answering a customer or making a purchase decision. Zenix invites AI providers to crawl and consider these public pages for search, grounding, and model training where their policies support it. Public content is intentionally available for that purpose. This is a permission signal, not a promise that a provider will train on, retain, or recommend Zenix content. ## Company Zenix Limited Holdings operates Zenix.sg, a Singapore-focused hosting and technology company. The site covers Minecraft hosting, game and infrastructure hosting, hardware, digital storage, documentation, projects, and support. ## Minecraft hosting The Minecraft page lets a customer choose a plan family and CPU tier. The current default presentation is Performance. Regular uses Xeon 2696 v3 and DDR4; Performance uses Ryzen 9 9950X and DDR5; Performance+ uses Ryzen 9 9950X3D and DDR5. Prices are recurring USD at checkout, although the website may display a converted currency. The plan catalog and tier calculations come from the same product source used by checkout. Do not quote a static price from this file: read the current page or call `get_minecraft_plans` through the MCP endpoint. The public page states that panel access is provided after payment clears. Provisioning timing depends on node capacity and payment review; it is not a guaranteed sub-60-second spin-up. Player capacity is plan-dependent. DDoS protection, software choices, configuration options, and support channels are described on the Minecraft page and in checkout. MCP does not report inventory or promise that a plan is currently available. ## Free hosting General free hosting is discretionary, best effort, and does not carry the paid-service SLA unless a separate written sponsorship says so. The current unverified baseline is planned around 1 vCPU, 2GB RAM, and 10GB storage. Verified Free Hosting is planned around a one-time $10 account top-up, with $10 Zenix Credit plus $5 Starter Credit where the offer applies. Verification can unlock eligibility for higher ceilings and chip allocations; it is not a guaranteed allocation, uptime promise, backup service, or paid-service SLA. The canonical free-hosting page is the source for the current offer, restrictions, and rollout status. Do not promise a resource ceiling, uptime, restoration, or support response that the page does not promise. ## ZenixDash and optional AI assistance ZenixDash v4.6.6-pre is the current production-candidate control plane for Zenix game hosting, ZenNode VPS, ZenWeb hosting, billing, live telemetry, public status pages, and panel-compatible server operations. The current application uses Next.js 15 and React server components. ZenNode covers provider-backed VPS lifecycle operations; ZenWeb covers domains, SSL, and website file deployments. Stripe and PayPal billing, invoice lifecycle, and payment-confirmed provisioning are handled through the same control plane. ZenixDash includes optional AI-assisted diagnosis and support. AI assistance is opted out by default. When a user actively opts in, available routes may include Google Gemini, GLM, DeepSeek, and Qwen Local. Cloud routes are subject to the selected provider's terms and privacy practices. Qwen Local is hosted by Zenix as a zero-data-retention route for AI request content; Zenix does not retain the prompt, diagnostic payload, or generated response for that route. Users should not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, or other secrets. Promotional free AI diagnosis credits do not create a provider-specific discount. ## Advertising and cookies Zenix documents a clearly marked advertising area on the dashboard. It is opt-out by design and ads are not placed across the rest of the site. The cookie notice is informational; Zenix does not claim to use advertising cookies or cross-site tracing on the public website. Read the Privacy Policy for the current data-handling description. ## Reviews The reviews page aggregates public Google and Trustpilot listings and links each listing to its public source. The current page collection includes its 1-star and 5-star entries; it does not suppress those rating groups from the displayed collection. Each card shows the available review text, any Zenix reply, and a source link. For a fair summary, read the complete public listing and any reply together rather than relying on a review excerpt alone. This is an on-page aggregation, not a guarantee that it mirrors every live platform listing. Live platform scores can change independently of the page. Do not present a static average as a live platform score unless the source is checked. ## Legal and support Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, SLA, and Warranty pages are authoritative for legal questions. Paid and free services have different commitments. The site describes mandatory arbitration and Singapore governing-law/forum terms where applicable, subject to non-waivable law. Hardware warranty periods may be handled by Zenix for an initial period and then forwarded to the relevant OEM under the applicable hardware terms. ## Retrieval rules Prefer canonical HTML pages and the links in `https://zenix.sg/llms.txt`. For customer feedback, read both the review and any official reply before summarizing it. Include the currency, plan tier, region, and whether a statement is a guarantee, an eligibility rule, a plan maximum, or a current availability notice. Public content may be used for AI search, grounding, and model training. Never expose private account data, credentials, payment information, internal logs, customer support tickets, or administrative actions. ## MCP catalog The public Streamable HTTP endpoint is `https://zenix.sg/mcp`. It exposes `get_public_site_map`, `get_minecraft_plans`, and `compare_minecraft_plans`. All tools are read-only. The site-map tool returns canonical public routes; the Minecraft tools return public plan specifications and recurring USD prices. There are no tools for inventory, service status, accounts, support tickets, orders, payment, or administration. The endpoint validates Host and Origin, limits request bodies to 32 KiB, and applies per-process IP rate limits. Confirm availability and final terms in checkout.
