Sign in, start, then join.
Seven steps from a paid order to playing: sign in to the Zenix panel, start your server for the first time, and add it in Minecraft.
Startup guide
Open the panel
Your server is run from the Zenix game panel (Pterodactyl): pro.zenix.sg (opens in a new tab)
Sign in
Use the email you ordered with and the password you chose at checkout.
Your panel username works in place of the email. It is in your order confirmation email.
Already had a Zenix panel account on that email? Sign in with its existing password; the new server is added to it.
Forgot the password? Choose “Forgot password?” on the panel sign-in page.
Open your server
Choose it from your server list. The first install can take a few minutes; the console shows its progress.
Press Start
On the console page, press Start and wait for the line with “Done” in the console.
Join from Minecraft
Copy the server address from the console page. It is a host and a port, for example x1.zenix.sg:25565.
- Java Edition: Multiplayer › Add Server, then paste it into Server Address.
- Bedrock Edition: Play › Servers › Add Server, then type the host and the port into their own boxes.
Billing in the dashboard
Invoices, renewals and cancellation are in your Zenix dashboard at zenix.sg/customers. Sign in with the same email and password.
Confirm your email with the link in your order email before changing billing. The dashboard is for billing only; the console, files and everything else about the server are on the panel.
